After graduating with a degree in Biology, I began teaching. I have taught in several schools throughout the Middle East, specializing in teaching students with special needs.  Since then I have been teaching the Science curriculum in a mainstream setting to students aged between 5 and 18 years old (including British, American and IB Curriculum). 

I am motivated by a deep appreciation of the power of high-quality teaching and learning and a strong desire to instill this passion in my students. I believe in holistic learning, that is, teaching the person as well as the subject and ensuring that students develop a complete understanding of science and how it not only relates to their status as individuals, but also as global citizens.

I absolutely believe online schooling is the best way to do this; small class sizes mean teachers can spend far more time with their students on a one-to-one basis, offering even the most reticent learners the opportunity to develop and giving them the chance to achieve excellent exam results. We use state of the art software that allows instant student-teacher communication, ensuring problems and weaknesses are identified instantly and resolved in a timely manner.
